Dastan presents “Stillness”: a visit to Aidin Xankeshipour’s studio. This is the third episode of a series of short videos by Alborz Kazemi.
This series pays visit to artists’ private spaces, their studios, as well as their everyday lives. In these videos, artists discuss their working process, their inspirations and the external factors that affect their artistic production. The conversations are mainly led by the artists and do not follow a specific order.
Now that the galleries have temporarily lost their function as social space amid the current circumstances as brought on by Coronavirus, these studio visits are an attempt to keep the art scene connected.
