Dastan is pleased to announce that Farbod Elkaei’s solo presentation titled "Waypoint" is currently on view at VHC. Opened on June 7, 2025, the exhibition will run through July 26, 2025. This marks Elkaei's first Indian solo show.
In this striking series, Elkaei invites us to experience the subtle balance between intuition and structure through his abstract geometric shapes. Inspired by student sketches from the Qajar era in the 19th and 20th centuries, his works mix natural forms with vibrant, layered frames, creating pieces that feel both personal and thoughtful. This show represents an important step in Elkaei’s journey as an artist, moving away from simple landscapes toward more emotional and abstract expressions.
