MUDEC will host the photographic exhibition “And They Laughed at Me” by Newsha Tavakolian from December 13th, 2023, to January 28th, 2024. This exhibition is sponsored by Fondazione Deloitte, and Newsha Tavakolian is the recipient of Deloitte’s Photo Grant from the foundation. The exhibition presents a narrative matured through images, addressing the conflict between imposed societal norms and individual aspirations for change.
