Meet the 11 Artists Who Repped Brooklyn at The Armory Show

This local news outfit, "Brooklyn Magazine," features the The Armory Show, "New York’s hometown art fair", which took place at the Javits Center in Manhattan (Sept. 8-11, 2022). After last year's somewhat skimmed down post pandemic event, this year’s flagship fall fair is adding about 100 new galleries to their exhibitors roster. The fair is said to be very Brooklyn focused affair, which is not surprising given it is the brainchild of four local Brooklyn based art dealers. Eleven artists from the fair are highlighted, including two +2 Gallery artists, Iman Raad and Andisheh Avini, both of whom are also Brooklyn based. They were in the Armory’s Show “Presents” section, focused on emerging galleries in their first ten years. For more information click here.
