In its spring issue of 2020, Whitewall magazine interviewd three of Dastan: Farrokh Mahdavi whose "paintings can be readily recognized by a particular shade of pink"; Maryam "Mimi" Amini with her "ongoing practice of self-portraiture"; and Hormoz Hematian, the founder of Dastan's Basement.
As stated in Whitewall's official website, "The digital edition of Whitewall's Spring 2020 Art Issue launched earlier this month.
